✔Complimentary 30 minute consultation where we will discuss your goals and create your plan.
✔ Weigh-in, measurements, progress photos & strength test (done at consultation).
✔ Monthly weigh-ins, measurements, & progress photos to accurately track your progress.
✔ Minimum 2 sessions per week (maximum 5 sessions/ week).
✔ Unlimited motivation, support, & guidance to ensure your success!
