The Hybrid Way
Hybrid is ideal for those who want to strengthen their bodies, increase their endurance, heal or prevent injury, tone, reshape, or completely transform themselves, and who needs or prefers 1-on-1 in person support & accountability.
Not only will you learn how to perform proper technique, you will also learn about your body and how to adjust your movements to maximize your workouts.
Go over your personalized plan together with your Coach, for modifications, changes, and technical support.
